Biographical / Historical

David Banjamin Updegraff was born in 1878 in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio. He attended Yale as an undergradute until 1903 and then attended the Princeton Theological Seminary, graduating in 1906. He began mission work as a representative of the Lafayetter Avenue Presbyterian Church in Western India in 1908, where he served in Kolhapur and Nipani until 1947. He and his wife retired to Ardmore, PA, and david Updegraff died in 1953.
