Abstract Tirzah Nichols attended the Friends’ Central School in Philadelphia, as well as Miss Florence Baldwin’s School in Bryn Mawr (now called The Baldwin School). She was a member of Bryn Mawr College’s class of 1896, graduating with degrees in History and Political Science. After graduation, she returned to Miss Baldwin’s School, this time as a science teacher (1896-1906).
