Petition "To the Honourable the Court of Common Please [sic] of Stark County at Dec. & Janry 1816, the undersigned inhabitants of said County respectfully represent that Robert Dauthett is a Proper Person to keep a tavern in the Town of Oysenburgh [Osnaburg];" includes fifteen signatures. On reverse is an oath by Douthett that this petition was circulated as required by law.
