Biographical / Historical
Frances Williams Browin served as acting editor from 10/1962-4/1963 while William Hubben was on a leave of absence in Europe. Carl Wise was the acting editor in 1963 and 1964, and then Frances Browin served in that capacity until she was suceeded by Alfred Stefferud in September of 1968.
