From New York, history of the division of Friends property, 1850-51, in New York City, and of burial ground, and in Brooklyn as voluntary peace offering. Attended service in Wilmington at church of Colored Methodists. Thomas Foulke in Salt Lake City in July 1870, saw Brigham's mansion, Tabernacle being constructed. Touring western United States with his wife. Mentions his cousin, Phebe W. Foulke's appointment as matron of Swarthmore College. Son William Foulke will not be able to fill assignment to the Pawnee prisoners in the Omaha jail, but worked toward the release of Samuel Walton and some of the Pawnee prisoners.
