Scope and Contents

ALsS from T. Ellwood, 1830, 3mo 14, tells of family's financial problems. Mother operates a boarding house, Katura runs a small school from home where her younger siblings are studying. ALS from Edward contains the same information, noting that he and Ellwood will help financially support their mother and Katura when they are of age, Katura is ill with severe cough. Two of the 8 ALsS have typed transcripts.
