Includes a paper on Capital Punishment by Prof. Sydney Prevezer of the Faculty of Laws, University College, London University which was presented at a UN “Seminar on the Role of Substantive Criminal Law and the Protection of Human Rights, and the Purposes and Legitimate Limits of Penal Sanctions” in 1960. Also includes documents relating to several Quaker UN Seminars.
