Lucretia Mott talks about recent visitors she has had, including Margaret Lucas and Sarah Pugh, who gave an account of their Washington visit. Lucas told her of Victoria Claflin Woodhull's speech. Lucretia has read some English papers which gave "fine reports of the women's work in England."
