She shares recent news about family and friends, including the fact that Deborah Wharton and Susan W. are back from "the Indian territory" (Nebraska). Partially written over a letter dated June 1, 1873, from Charles Cavender to Lucretia Mott thanking her for a gift of twenty dollars. Also partially written over an invitation to the Executive Committee meeting of the Pennsylvania Peace Society, signed by Lydia A. Schofield, Secretary.
