Scope and Contents

Ms. copy of a published article of a sermon she delivered, together with poem written in praise of her "by a young lady," and copy of a letter signed W. N., London, to the Governor of Rhode Island in which author describes Drummond's sermon. Drummond (ca. 1710-1772) was born in Scotland, convinced by Thomas Story, and spent many years in England. She was renowned as a speaker, especially in her early years.
