Informing Thomas Hull that he has been drafted. Attached is a receipt for money paid to obtain discharge from National Forces. Note on this receipt reads: "This person being a member of the Society of Friends, by order of the Sec. of War, the amount paid by him is to be appropriated to the fund for the benefit of the Freedmen or Contrabands."
