Friends Historical Library Records
This collection contains the records of Friends Historical Library of Swarthmore College, Quaker reference library and archives, founded in 1871. Included are administrative records and correspondence, primarily that of the librarians and other staff, and miscellaneous records.

Swarthmore College alumni files
Files created by the alumni office and added to over time by Friends Historical Library staff. These files typically contain basic information about the student (occupation, residence, etc.), newspaper clippings and obituaries, correspondence with the alumni office (usually about donations), and sometimes other material. Occassionally includes photographs.
Swarthmore College classes records
Contains materials pertinent to each class, such as: class business records (constitution, accounts, meeting minutes); clippings; correspondence with Alumni Office; reunion planning materials; reunion yearbooks; class day materials (programs, speeches); commencement materials (press releases, information about honorary degree recipients, commencement speaker speeches/remarks); and more.
Swarthmore College preparatory department student file
At its inception, Swarthmore College included a large preparatory department, but it began to play a secondary role by the early 1880s. In 1893, the preparatory division separated from the College and continued as a private institution, Swarthmore Preparatory School. This collection contains a card file of students who attended the Swarthmore College Preparatory School.

Alzina Stone Dale Papers
This collection primarily contains records related to the writing and publishing of Alzina Stone Dale’s book, When the Postwar World was New. The book was based on her 1952 trip diary of her summer spent in Finland working at an AFSC work camp and the letters she wrote home.
Swarthmore College Oral History Project
The collection consists of oral history interviews conducted with more than 50 current and former Swarthmore College faculty, staff, and students, conducted by Regina Smith Oboler from 1982-1983.
