Biographical / Historical
Henry Mulindi (b. 1941), an East African student from Kenya, requested financial assistance from Quakers in Upstate New York in order to complete his undergraduate education at New York State University in Buffalo. His contact was Prudence Wayland-Smith, a member of Syracuse Monthly Meeting, who coordinated the funding.
