Conditions Governing Access
McReynolds' personal correspondence in Series II is restricted indefinitely. Access is granted by the Peace Collection Curator. Contact peacecollection@swarthmore.edu for more information.
Arrangement
Photographic materials are physically arranged in the Peace Photograph Collection generally by format including size and date. Multiple images may be stored together in one file or envelope. These divisions are preserved in the finding aid. Photographs are arranged within the finding aid chronologically where possible with undated items at the end.
Processing Information
Photographs including prints, negatives, and slides are separated materials physically stored in the Peace Photograph Collection. In 2023, information from envelopes that house photographs was transcribed, ingested, and arranged within the finding aid by Laura Melbourne with assistance from Swarthmore undergraduates.
