Arrangement
Photographic materials are physically arranged in the Peace Photograph Collection generally by format including size and date. Multiple images may be stored together in one file or envelope. These divisions are preserved in the finding aid. Photographs are arranged within the finding aid by broad subject areas. They are further subdivided by specific events and arranged chronologically where possible. Portraits, personal events, families are organized alphabetically by title and then chronologically where possible. Slideshows are separate and named based on the label applied to the slides in their binders.
