Scope and Contents
Included are a deed from John Haddon for the original Meetinghouse and graveyard, 1721; a survey of Meeting lots, 1848; a survey of the lot for the new Meetinghouse, 1851; a copy of the survey of Meeting property, 1863, sketched in 1910; minutes permitting Orthodox to worship at the Hicksite Meeting during construction of the new Meetinghouse, 1848; a subscription book to pay for the new Meetinghouse, 1851; certificate of incorporation, 1941, with an amendment, 1973; transfer of Newton graveyard, 1930; copy of agreement to merge Hicksite and Orthodox Meetings, 1953.
