Biographical / Historical
Interim Meeting acts on behalf of Baltimore Yearly Meeting when BYM is not in Annual Session. It is the successor name for a long history of representative bodies, including Meeting for Sufferings. Its immediate predecessor, Representative Meeting, requested a name change in 2001 to inspire wider participation from members across Baltimore Yearly Meeting.
