Scope and Contents
In 1977, a proposal for restructuring Yearly Meeting was implemented, creating a Section on Witness which was had oversight and responsibility for the committees on Black Development, China Concerns, Native American Affairs, Prisons, Race Relations, Sharing Worlds Resources, Wider Ministries, and Peace and Social Action. The Yearly Meeting approved the laying down of the PSAP Steering Committee in 1980, and transferred responsibility for PSAP concerns... to the Witness Coordinating Committee.
