Biographical / Historical
Redstone Monthly Meeting was set off from Westland Monthly Meeting in 1793, when that Meeting was under Fairfax Quarterly Meeting of Baltimore Yearly Meeting. In 1813, Redstone Monthly Meeting became part of the new Ohio Yearly Meeting. It split in the separation of 1828, and the Orthodox branch affiliated with the Gurneyites in 1854. The Gurneyite branch was laid down in 1866, and its members were attached to Salem Monthly Meeting.
