Scope and Contents
This first section describes minutes of the annual sessions of the yearly meeting and records, such as epistles sent and received, which pertain to those annual sessions. Epistles are the official communications of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting to other yearly meetings or, on some occasions, to its own constitutent meetings. In general, the official minutes have been microfilmed, but the rough minutes and related papers have not.
