Overview

The Lake Erie Yearly Meeting opened on August 31, 1963, as an outgrowth of the Great Lakes Regional Conference, begun in May, 1939, and called Lake Erie Association of Friends Meetings after 1944. Records include minutes and other records of Lake Erie Association, Lake Erie Yearly Meeting, and its constituent monthly meetings.

Records of Marlborough Monthly Meeting, 1972-2022. Includes minutes, 1972-2014 (when Marlborough left Philadelphia Yearly Meeting), financial and incorporation records, and records of the burial ground.

Records of New York Yearly Meeting of Friends at Poplar Ridge 1853-1896. Includes Wilburite-Otisite minutes 1859-1896, and Wilburite Meeting for Sufferings minutes, 1853-1868.

North Pacific Yearly Meeting is made of of members of the Society of Friends in the northwestern United States. Some of the Yearly Meeting's records are stored at the Oregon Historical Society Library, Portland, Oregon, but copies of the Proceedings and Steering Committee minutes are also deposited in the Friends Historical Library, although FHL is not the formal depository.

Records of the Ohio and Indiana Yearly Meetings deposited in the collections of Friends Historical Library. Primarily include those of the Hicksite and Wilburite branches and their predecessors, but some Gurneyite materials are resprented in the collections as well.

Pacific Yearly Meeting is made up of members of the Religious Society of Friends in California. The Yearly Meeting has deposited its archives and many local-meeting records in the Whittier College Library, but copies of some records are also deposited in Friends Historical Library.

Overview This collection includes the minutes of the Longwood Yearly Meeting of Progressive Friends, as well as records of its Financial Association and its Representative Committee. Also included are some minutes of Kennett Monthly Meeting, from which the Longwood meeting split off beginning in the 1840s.
