Records of the Wilburite and Otisite Scipio Preparative Meetings, 1847-1868. Includes Women's minutes, 1847-1868.

Records of Union Springs Preparative Meeting, 1816-1881. Includes men's and women's minutes 1816-81.

Pacific Yearly Meeting is made up of members of the Religious Society of Friends in California. The Yearly Meeting has deposited its archives and many local-meeting records in the Whittier College Library, but copies of some records are also deposited in Friends Historical Library.

Records of predominately Hicksite Quaker meetings in Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, and Iowa, 1820-1961.

North Pacific Yearly Meeting is made of of members of the Society of Friends in the northwestern United States. Some of the Yearly Meeting's records are stored at the Oregon Historical Society Library, Portland, Oregon, but copies of the Proceedings and Steering Committee minutes are also deposited in the Friends Historical Library, although FHL is not the formal depository.

Records of the Southern Appalachian Yearly Meeting and Association and many of its constituent members. Includes minutes, membership records, newsletters, committee records, and miscellaneous. Some born-digital records. The Charleston WV and Swannanoa Valley Meetings, which disaffiliated with SAYMA in 2022 and 2023, are described separately.

This collection includes materials about IMYM activities from the 1970s to 2007. Most of the records pertain to their annual business sessions, such as minutes, programs, and correspondence. There are also documents pertaining to committees within the yearly meeting, and external organizations that IMYM partnered with such as American Friends Service Committee, Friends Committee on National Legislation, and Friends World Committee for Consultation.

Records of Verona Monthly Meeting and its predecessor Bridgewater Monthly Meeting (Hicksite). Includes minutes, 1828-80, and vital records, 1817-52.

The Charleston Friends Meeting records include newsletters (which include the prior month's business minutes) for some of the 1960s, 1980s, and 1990s, and a more complete run from 2000-2023. Paper records include a 1981 membership list and guestbook from the late 1960s. 2023 records were deposited digitally, and include business minutes and financial and Treasurer records.
