Biographical / Historical
Friends began meeting for worship in Takoma Park in 1991 after Adelphia Monthly Meeting’s membership outgrew its meetinghouse, creating a desire for a second group for worship. It remains under the care of neighboring Adelphi Monthly Meeting.
