Three bound guestbooks for meeting visitors. Guestbooks include special events, like a 11/25/1963 John F. Kennedy memorial and a 3/1/1996 World Day of Prayer, but mostly consists of visitors to weekly Meetings for Worship.

Folder includes a record book with the handwritten history of the Meetings, written at some point after 1850. Folder also includes handwritten notes in a variety of hands, and a 1958 typescript of the record book.

Includes index (in binder) of officers and committee members by assignment, 1962-1987, and a folder with an incomplete list by year, 1972-2020.

Clerk's files may be duplicative of other series, as they include financial records, membership information, etc., but have been left intact to preserve the Clerk's ordering. Coverage is not comprehensive, and bulk of material is 1990-1996.
