Primarily minutes of annual Board of Trustees meetings (with accompanying MM Treasurer reports). File also includes some general financial correspondence and bequest and trust information as well as revised incorporation and by-laws drafts for Norristown Monthly Meeting preceeding the 2005 laying down of the Board of Trustees as a separate corporate body.

The 1980 plan also includes a carbon copy of the 1944 corporation charter and incorporation by-laws.

Includes a record of the 1929 deposit agreement with the Friends Historical Library, a 1934 accounting of grave markers at the Swede & Jacoby Street property, and a typescript of an article about the Providence Meetinghouse from the Norristown Times Herald (6/25/66).

List of children buried in shared plots and a plot map of interments with names. Undated, but likely created before 1860 (the last recorded interment was in 1848) as the plot mat leaves significant space to note additional interments.

Undated ms copy (pre-1900) of the meeting minutes of Gwynedd Monthly Meeting that relate to the establishment of a meeting for worship and, later, a preparative meeting at Norristown under Gwynedd's care.
