In 1994/1995 Friends Meeting Washington's Oversight Committee on the 10:00 Meeting for Worship established a committee to facilitate that worship meeting's investigation of Preparative Meeting status. File includes records on the history of the 10:00 worship meeting as well as some background on preparative meetings and the particular concerns of the 10:00 worship meeting.

Scope and Contents In 1996, member Pat Kutzner felt led to accept an invitation from the Torreon/Star Lake Chapter of the Navajo Nation to volunteer her services as a planning consultant and grant writer. This calling was supported by the Indian Committee of the Baltimore Yearly Meeting who sponsored Kutzner as a "Released Friend" through 2003, at which point she continued her work in New Mexico, independent of Baltimore Yearly Meeting and Friends Meeting Washington.
