Abstract
Steven R. Gerber (1948-2015) was an American classical composer. After studying music at Haverford College and Princeton University, he went on to compose a number of pieces for chamber, orchestra, choir, voice, and solo instruments. He is especially known for the frequency with which his works have been performed in Russia, where he participated in several musical tours in the 1990s.
