Joseph Swain correspondence
This collection primarily includes correspondence between the Hoovers and the Swains. Also included are letters from Herbert Hoover and his wife Lou Henry regarding Joseph Swain, and letters from Frances Swain regarding her political support of Hoover. There are also two letters of Joseph Swain to his wife on their anniversary.

Helena M. Swanwick Collected Papers
Helena Maria Sickert was born in Germany and moved to England early on. She was an author, journalist, and lecturer involved in peace activism, feminism, and social justice. She became chair of the British Section of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom and was a British delegate to the League of Nations. Her dream was that women, if they used their power, could make an end to war.
Swarthmore Borough Photographs
This collection consists of 4 binders of original and copy photographs and negatives, dating from approximately 1880 to 2005, of the Swarthmore Borough, located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Many of the images were used in the book Swarthmore Illustrated: A Centennial History by Susanna K. Morikawa and Patricia C. O'Donnell (1993).

The collection contains photographs, clippings, historical research and related papers concerning the Consumers' Cooperative Association of Swarthmore, Inc., better known as the Swarthmore CO-OP. Located in Swarthmore, Pa., it was incorporated in 1937.
Swarthmore College Admissions and Financial Aid records
In the early years of Swarthmore College, applicants applied directly to the College President and the cost of attendance was $350 per year. In the 21st century, a separately staffed Admissions Office and an Office of Financial Aid exist to support these functions. This small collection, dating from 1869 to 2003, includes admissions blanks, lists of applicants, reports, and other materials that document Swarthmore's admissions and financial aid policies and procedures.
