Abstract
Edward Hasbrouck was born in 1960 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 1980, when registration for the draft was reinstituted, he refused to register. Hasbrouck worked with the National Resistance Committee and affiliated local organizations. In June 1983, he was put on probation because of his draft refusal and sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service.
