Abstract Jay Wesley Worrall Jr. (1916-2010) was born in Pennsylvania and graduated from Haverford College in 1937. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. In 1942, he married Carolyn Randal. After the war, he worked as a marketing manager and joined the Religious Society of Friends as a member of the Reading Meeting. He served again in the military during the Korean War. He was an active participant in the civil rights movement and worked to assist prisoners in reentering...
