The Sarah Wistar Rhoads family papers indicate strong relationships and family ties that spanned the 19th and 20th centuries. Sarah Wistar Rhoads (1839-1920) married William Gibbons Rhoads (1838-1880) on November 28, 1866. Overview
Pearl Stribling, born Elizabeth Pearl Stribling was born July 28, 1883 in Iowa. Stribling was the daughter of Rev. John W. and Emeline Horton Stribling and was a lifelong Friend. Pearl lived most of her life in Earlham, Iowa. Pearl became bedridden in 1901 at the age of 18 but maintaned a large circles of friends, many of them Friends.
