William W. Cadbury and Catharine J. Cadbury collection
The principal creators in the collection are Quakers William Warder Cadbury (1877-1959) and Catharine Jones Cadbury (1884-1970) who spent most of their lives in China. William Warder Cadbury came to China as a medical missionary in 1909.

Friends' Opportunity in the Orient
Friends Opportunity in the Orient was an unofficial Hicksite organization which sponsored a Quaker teacher in Canton, China, in the 1920s. The collection contains primarily correspondence with Margaret Hallowell Riggs, who was sponsored to teach at Canton Christian College and Canton Hospital.
Anna Mary Woodward scrapbook
Anna Mary Woodward's scrapbook includes clippings related to Quaker history and Quaker meeting houses, clippings from The Friend, post cards of meeting houses, a Quaker calendar for 1911, clippings about Quaker ministers, materials of the Bi-Centennial Celebration of the reunion of two historic societies, and information about Friends' missions in Japan, China, and Ramallah.
