Nelson Fuson Family Papers
Nelson Fuson photographs of Civilian Public Service (CPS)
Nelson Fuson was a physicist and educator, active in Quaker concerns. In 1941 Fuson was drafted as conscientious objector, and was assigned to several Civilian Public Service (CPS) camps during World War II. This collection includes loose black and white photos and black and white scrapbook pages, along with a handdrawn map, documenting Fuson's time in CPS.
Larry Gara Collected Papers
Includes two typescripts: Amnesty and Reconciliation, and Peace Testimony: Root and Branch [annotated photocopy]; leaflet and periodical with mention of Gara's conscientious objection; slide show titled Active Nonviolence stored separately as Slide Show 2.
Gilbert White AFSC papers

This collection contains the papers of Marlis Gildemeister, a graduate of Haverford College's master's program in Relief & Restoration and a volunteer with American Friends Service Committee in Austria after World War II. The materials in this collection span the years 1946 to 2007, and are mostly related to relief work and aid to refugees in the turmoil following the second world war. Some of the materials are in German.
