Stokes family correspondence
This collection is comprised of a single folder of typed transcripts of the Stokes family correspondence. The originals date from 1780-1863.
Jane Stokes letterbooks
This collection includes three volumes of letters, copied by Jane Stokes. These include letters sent and received by Jane Stokes and her sister (?) Sarah, primarily among female friends and of a personal nature. Also copied are two letters of John Comly, on the subject of Quaker conduct of life.

Stephen Straight correspondence
Letters respond to questions originally posed by Stephen Straight about specific Quaker Meetings in America, Canada, and Ireland or about regional Quaker issues. Some respondents include: Frederick Tolles, Edwin Bronner, Hannah Stapler, Richard Dunn, Glenn Reece, and Richmond Miller. A few maps, photographs and pamphlets accompany these responses.
Sunnycrest Farm for Negro Boys (Cheyney, Pa.) Records
Sunnycrest Farm for Negro Boys was founded in 1855 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the Home for Destitute Colored Children, a Hicksite Quaker women's charity which provided shelter and education for black children (generally boys) and then placed them with private families. The Home built a new facility in Cheyney, Pa, in 1922, and the name was changed to Sunnycrest Farm for Negro Boys in 1945. The collection contains minutes, financial and legal records, and reports.
Benjamin Swett letterbook
Albert Syze correspondence
This collection is comprised of a single folder of letters directed to Albert Syze, a Quaker who attended Haverford College in the late 19th century. Of interest is information about geographic areas for placement of missionaries by various yearly meetings. Letter writers include Phoebe Aydelotte, Fred Burgess, Lottie Farquhar, D.L. Mekeel, and Phoebe Mekeel. Letters often discuss Haverford College, as well as yearly meetings and areas of their missionary work.

Taylor and Nicholson family papers
Charles Shoemaker Taylor letterbook
This collection is comprised of the single volume letterbook of Charles Shoemaker Taylor, which contains business correspondence related to the buying and selling of goods, livestock, and land. Taylor was educated at Haverford College, was a member of the original board of trustees for Bryn Mawr College until 1893, and was the vice president of the Haverford College Alumni Association.
