Biographical / Historical
The Faculty Handbook provides members of the Swarthmore College faculty with information about various policies, procedures, practices, facilities, and conventions that pertain to their positions. The Handbook includes four sections: structure of administration and faculty; academic and administrative policies and procedures; faculty employment and compensation; and services and facilities. The Faculty Handbook expanded upon the information found in the Faculty Regulations and superseded the latter publication in 1970.
