Biographical / Historical
Buckhannon Meeting, in central West Virginia, began in 2006 as a Preparative Meeting under the care of Monongalia Monthly Meeting. At the time, Monongalia was affiliated with Lake Erie Yearly Meeting. Monongalia and Buckhannon transferred to Baltimore Yearly Meeting in 2011. After requesting monthly meeting status in 2019, Buckhannon Monthly Meeting was established in Baltimore Yearly Meeting’s 2020 Annual Session.
