This pamphlet promotes membership in the For Hill Chapter of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health. It is aimed specifically at Black residents of the Roxbury area. It offers validating statements related to mental health and the Black experience; a quote from William H. Grier and Price M. Cobbs, the authors of the 1968 book Black Rage; and information on membership.

The Massachusetts Association of Mental Health was established in 1913 under the name Massachusetts Society for Mental Hygiene. It was part of a larger movement to improve mental health care throughout the United States and beyond.
