Biographical Note
Dr. Walter Koch was a German Quaker educator and author. He published a book entitled "Die Stellug Des Quakertums Zur Sozialen Frage" ("The Attitude of Quakerism to the Social Problem"), and was one of the small party of Germans allowed by the German government to attend the Young Friends' Conference at Jordans in August of 1920, in Great Britain.
