Biographical Note

C.B. Rhodes was the director of the Colorado Eastern Railway in the latter half of the 19th century.

Charles Hartshorne was the director of the Lehigh Valley Railroad in the latter half of the 19th century and a delagate to the International Railway Congress in 1895.
