This collection consists of five dance cards belonging to Kate Mott Greene for Haverford College proms and dance events from 1928 to 1930. The dance cards are from events including class proms and dances, and dances and concerts associated with the Students' Council and the Combined Musical Clubs.

Biographical / Historical
Kate Mott Greene was a student at Shady Hill School, Chestnut Hill, and later Agnes Irwin School (Class of 1928). She graduated from Smith College in 1933. Her daughter, Helen S. Weary, notes that she "remained friends with Bill Cadbury, mentioned as one of the dancers, until their late eighties." Greene was the grandmother of Kate Mott Greene Stephenson, Haverford College Class of 2000.
