Biographical Note
William Mintzer Wills attended Haverford College from 1900 to 1904. During his time there, he competed on the debate team. After his graduation in 1904, Wills returned to Haverford to work on the administrative side. He worked, at different times, as the registrar and bursar. Wills also served on the Publications Committee and the Catalogue Committee under president Felix Morley.
