Documents concerning the Bryn Mawr and Haverford College Gay People's Alliance (GPA) and the Friends Conference on Gay Concerns. The GPA documents include newsletters, applications to the bi-college student governments regarding funding, flyers, and letters concerning a lawsuit related to an incident at a 1976 GPA dance. There is also a program and poetry from the February 1978 Friends Conference on Gay Concerns.

Biographical / Historical
The Gay People's Alliance was a bi-college (Haverford and Bryn Mawr) club from the 1970s until approximately 1989, when it was succeeded by the Bisexual, Gay, and Lesbian Alliance (BGALA). Steven Rosen served as the assistant chairperson of the GPA in the academic year 1976-77. Rosen is a member of the Haverford College Class of 1978.
