"Alba Amicorum" exhibit notebook
Scope and Contents
This collection includes one notebook called "The New Notebook". The notebook includes handwritten notes from Haverford students, Bryn Mawr students, and other visitors to Haverford during the spring of 2024. The notes range in style and content, some uplifting and affirmational, some personal, and some lighthearted and humorous. Most notes include signatures and a few notes are written in languages other than English. This collection also contains a small sheet of paper detailing the purpose of The New Notebook and how to add to it.

Historical Note
The "New Notebook" in this collection was part of an exhibit curated by George Allan (Class of 2024) about Alba Amicorum, or "books of friendship," that was installed in the Philips Wing of Lutnick Library in spring 2024. Those who came across the notebook at the exhibit were encouraged to write inside the notebook and leave their mark in the Haverford Collections.
