Biographical / Historical
Concord Preparative Meeting was set off to Concord (later Collins) Monthly Meeting when it in turn was set off from Eden Monthly Meeting by Farmington Quarterly Meeting in 1820. The name of Concord Preparative Meeting was changed to Collins in 1822. Two preparative meetings were formed at the time of the separation of 1828. Collins Preparative Meeting (Orthodox) was probably laid down in 1879.
