Biographical / Historical
Creek Preparative Meeting was reportedly established in Clinton, New York in 1776 as part of Nine Partners Monthly Meeting. It became a part of Creek Monthly on its establishment in 1778. The Hicksite branch was probably laid down in 1895. The last record of the Orthodox branch is from 1892.
