Biographical / Historical

Croton Preparative Meeting was established in 1797 as a part of Chappaqua Monthly Meeting. It became a part of Amawalk Monthly Meeting on its establishment in 1798. Croton Preparative Meeting (Hicksite) was laid down in 1848. The Orthodox branch was laid down in 1896.
