Biographical / Historical

Beekman Preparative Meeting was established in 1810 as a part of Oswego Monthly. The Hicksite branch was laid down at the time of the Separation, its members attached to the preparative meetings of Oswego Monthly Meeting (Hicksite). The Orthodox branch changed its name to Lagrange Preparative in 1862. The last record of this meeting is from 1902.
