Biographical / Historical
Montpelier Preparative Meeting was established in 1803 by Ferrisburgh Monthly Meeting. It became a part of Starksborough Monthly Meeting upon its establishment in 4mo 1813. In 1828 the Orthodox branch retained all members of the meeting and a split did not occur. The meeting was laid down in 1832 by Starksborough Monthly Meeting. The members were attached to Starksborough Preparative Meeting.
