Biographical / Historical
Ridge, also known as Chestnut Ridge Preparative Meeting, was established in 9mo 1799 as a part of Nine Partners Monthly Meeting, having been previously allowed as a meeting for worship. This meeting was laid down in 12mo 1854. Members were probably attached to Nine Partners Preparative Meeting (Hicksite)
