Biographical / Historical
Wheatland Preparative Meeting was established in 1824 under Farmington Monthly Meeting; it transferred to Rochester Monthly Meeting in 1825. In 1828, it divided into Orthodox and Hicksite branches. The Orthodox branch was laid down in 1889 after some months of disorder.
